Thanks. That’s kind of what I was thinking too. I have to remodel a kitchen we hope to be in for five to ten more years, but may need to move sooner. It’s the only time I’ll be able to tailor a kitchen to my own and it would be so easy to go down the Commercial/euro appliance rabbit hole when deep down I know I shouldn’t.
