I'm sure the school will comply with whichever rules exist in the state the school resides in. School will have to change for the vaccinated the 10 day isolation period is tough enough and hopefully they will revise down to the 5 day and ask for an antigen test to make sure student isn't shedding virus.

Ours has in the past. Kids who have had a diagnosed infection in the past 90 days don't test.

Accusing to the CDC director yesterday, the 5 day rule can stand even if the rapid antigen test is positive because it is not known whether antigen tests after 5 days predict whether a person is still infectious. If q person is asymptomatic after 5 days but still positive on rapid antigen they can mask and return to society.

Our school tells kids who have recovered from COVID they are exempt from testing for 12 weeks (and they do keep track)
I'm sure the school will comply with whichever rules exist in the state the school resides in. Yes. If you send a note to the school telling them when your child tested positive they will most likely be not requite a test to return.
