I have a really sharp meat cleaver. I just slices a who chicken up for whatever I need. I save the necks and backs in thr freezer for broth.

I think Farmer Focus chicken, especially the skinless bone-in thighs, are excellent. I usually get it at MOM’s and have also seen it at Lidl.

+1 quartered chicken from Giant (and we peel the skin off) is what we buy for curry, though finding quartered chicken (or even split breasts on the bone) is hit and miss these days.

You can get quartered chicken at Giant. Then just peel the skin off. Or get a whole chicken and cut it up how you want it- there are videos on YouTube and it's very easy.
