This house is .3 miles from the DC line. Mount Rainier is SUPER safe in terms of police. Zoned for MtR Elementary, which is an acceptable elementary school and there are several affordable private schools nearby. It's a big house and the flip is decent.
DH and I offered $650k for this home, but were beat out. It's a great buy imho.
