I wouldn’t be happy with the artisan vs the professional one. I’m not crazy either but I wouldn’t want to unwrap something I don’t want. Just include a note saying it’s coming vs buying the wrong one.

Be careful where you buy and make sure they accept returns. Williams Sonoma I believe is not accepting returns.

Give her gift certificate. For price of 6 Qt., tell her they only have 5 qt. And that you wanted to give her what she asked for rather than ask her to take less.

+1. Inventory has been tough on KA’s lately. Include a note that she might want a different size/ color and some accessories.

I have the 5 and have never had an issue with it being too small. It takes a lot of space in the pantry, I wouldn’t want larger
