We did a nice chocolate bar, card, and $20 gift certificates for the 5 teachers/aides and the same but with $10 gift cards for the front desk staff. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but considering our gift budget for everyone besides our two kids stops at around $30....

My child’s class has a lead, associate, assistant and a part-time teacher. I gave gifts to all of them. In your case I’d still give something to the floaters but it needn’t be the same as the regular teachers’.

My DC's class has 10 kids, and there's always 2 teachers with some floaters in and out. Their daycare just send a staff holiday wishlist, and I just learn that there are 7 teachers/staffs in DC room. They are 2 regular teachers plus 5 other floaters in and out helping out other classroom or other sister daycare. I have no problem giving out gifts to 2 regular teachers, but how about those 5 floaters in and out and sometimes not even at my DC school location? They have a sister school that has recently hired many new staffs and they are placed in current DC school for training and stuffs.
