Kansas City, in July. It used to be in Feb but that changed this year with Covid.

As of now we are. We will see what happens with COVID.
In past years, they have not scheduled out of town teams for Friday night games.
Occasionally NVA teams can get a Friday night game
Ok, I am sure it has happened but is not at all common. They try to be accomodating.
