I'll vote for Kayla as the best from your list.
Hard no on Mary Kay!!
I'd also think about a longer Ka name (like Kathryn or Katrina). But Kaye or Kaya would be cute too. What about Katia?

You could go 90's with the Kaetlin/Kaitlin/Kaitlyn

I like Kira and Kaya. I also love Kai, though I've mostly seen it used for boys. It means ocean wave.

I’d go with Kate or another good K name or use Kay as a middle name. I would not try and work Kay into a first name.
Your child may not be happy with a name spelled in an unusual manner just so it can include Kay who she’ll never know.

Certainly not Mary Kay.
Kayla is the best from your list. Similar to your list I'd add Kaycee.
Preferable to your list:
Kaya
Kaye

I am honoring a dear female relative who passed and I want to include Kay in the name, and no I don't just want it to be Kay.
I know some people think K names are lower class, so help me out DCUM, how can I honor my Kay and stay classy!
Kaylee
Kaylynn/Kaylyn
Kayla
McKayla
I could do two names . . . like Anna Kay or Emma Kay or Mary Kay but they seem old fashioned.
