Loved the original katja! Bring her back!!!

I've now watched the Netflix movie. Warning: it's pretty depressing.

I am usually not into these type of shows, but got hooked. I found the 4th season to be a bit depressing toward the end. Lots of loose ends. I have found with alot of Nordic shows the endings usually aren't always fairy tale. Often people complain about the endings probably because they don't turn out like you want them to.

I didn’t love the fourth season. I miss old Katja and the story lines were a bit much. But overall I thought it was a great show.

And it looks like there will be even more Bonus Family. I got hooked on it a couple months ago,and I’m halfway through the fourth season.

I just looked it up on IMDB and something called Lange Leve Bonusfamiljen (Long Live Bonus Family, according to Google translate) is slated to come out in December. Not clear if it’s a movie.

I looooooove this show. I’m on episode 3, and struggling with Martin though. He’s so awful, it’s painful to watch.

I miss Katja but the replacement is ok. The old one was definitely icier though.

She's ok but not the same imo. The original actress had such a unique delivery, I always found her compelling to watch. RK, not so much.

I haven’t watched it yet, but I always found it be depressing. None of the characters are even remotely likable.

I read somewhere that the "new" Katja is actually the actress who played the role in the pilot. She then was not offered the part for the series. So really she's the original. And I think she does a good job. I agree with the PP who said this season is a bit depressing, but I still enjoyed it, not sorry that I watched.

Is the 4th season still good? I love this show but am hesitant to start the 4th season so I don’t ruin the good feeling I ended the last season with.
