We pay our nanny above average for this area including full premium coverage for her medical, dental and vision insurance. We give her a holiday bonus of one week plus personal gifts and four extra days off for the holidays.

Two weeks salary is the standard we follow and in cash.

1 week's pay. And we do a physical gift (something she'd like) to open. And paid week off between Christmas & New Year's.

We do 1 week pay, plus a few extra paid days off.
