Yes, Safeway had some. They had these cute snowglobe shaped ones with icing and decorations for $11.99.

Has anytime seen kits like these in stores? Preferably for less than $30 for 16 cookies? Our teacher asked for cookie decorating supplies and I wanted to get the pre-made kits to make it as easy on him as possible. Plain undecorated cookies would work too since frosting/sprinkles are easy to find.
