OP here. Well that makes sense. We are a chunky people. We love some chunks! If you don’t, you don’t. But try PP’s method - try the immersion blender!

I prefer to make my own, without oil, but yes, it certainly saves the day on occasion.

Buy it at Costco! They sell a 2-pack for something like 10.50 and it is on sale 2 bucks off every few months.

My DD does not like chunky sauces but it seems every jar is chunky now. I think I am getting a regular sauce but it’s chunky. Now I just hit it with an immersion blender.

To all the people I made fun of for spending 7+ dollars on a jar of Rao’s sauce.

My husband (unbeknownst to me) picked up a jar last week and man…that stuff is AMAZING. I’m never going back to Classico.
