Bumblebee Snack Packs (I like the tuna salad)

DelMonte Veggieful bowls (I like the quinoa with roasted red pepper)

Instant Soup/Ramen
Jerky (I like Krave’s Black Cheery Barbecue Pork)
Hawaiian rolls
fruit cups
individual cans of V8
Ritz bits (cheese or peanut butter)
sesame seeds
nuts
dried fruit
Carnation Instant breakfast (bottled)

I think you can also get ready to eat meals at camping stores like REI, but I haven’t actually tried them so I don’t know how helpful they would be for you.

Do you have a balcony? If there is snow outside, you can put groceries like cheese, eggs, milk, bread in a cooler or a insulated zippered bag outside.

Take a dash egg maker along. You can boil, poach, scramble eggs and even make omlettes. Make egg salad for sandwiches, or just a normal sliced egg sandwich or even a stuffed omlette sandwich. Get some sliced bread, mayo, spread, deli meat, tomatoes, cucumber, black pepper, salt, sugar etc.

You can also take an mug immersion heater and a couple of mugs. They work great for heating water, tea, milk, coffee, soups etc, as long as you are using the right mug etc.

You can make knorrs soups using their packets and hot water. Serve with grilled cheese sandwich (use a clothes iron to "grill" the sandwich wrapped in tin foil. It takes around 10 minutes to make a grilled sandwich).

Go to an Asian store to get cup of noodles and other interesting instant noodle meals. All you will need is hot water.

So, dash egg maker and an immersion heater.

Ugh we just dealt with this at Universal studios. I found out the hard way that the hot water dispenser for tea didn't really work for the instant oatmeal we brought. Hopefully your kettle will work better. I would maybe try baking some hearty muffins and bringing them with (I love the Barefoot Contessa crunchy banana muffins). I don;t have great dinner ideas - good luck and have fun. I grew up skiing at Mt Snow every Christmas.

My guess is they’re flying. Can’t bring a microwave or an Instapot on a plane.

Have a loaf of bread in the room. Single serve mayo containers, canned tuna/or canned chicken. Fruit. Bagged salads. Canned vegetables (pour hot water on them, then drain). Mac 'n Cheese and similar pasta dishes you add hot water to. Boxed Juices. Bring silverware

For 44 dollars, buy a microwave if it will make your life easier.

What resort? Near a grocery store with a hot bar?

You're sure there's no fridge? That seems unusual.

cheese/charcuterie and bread/crackers/fruit. But seriously you will just need to do takeout. The last thing you want after a day of skiing is a cold depressing meal. We are planning to do takeout.

Peanut butter sandwiches. Cereal eaten with shelf stable milk?

We made reservations before Omicron and the hotel Dtss not have a fridge or microwave. We can bring an electric kettle, but all I can think is oatmeal & ramen. We want to limit Covid exposure & have been locked down too long. AirBnBs over the holiday with kitchens are cost prohibitive. Not opposed to take out, but this is across from the resort. Idea was to stay put. Thanks.
