Thanks everyone! I think I figured it out. I created a Google Doc and inserted the images and then saved that as a PDF.

PP again here. You can actually use that website to split the PDF as well, and the re-merge it.

You have to have the full version of adobe to create separate PDFs into one. You could upload them to all to one Word docb (use insert Object), then save as a Pdf.

If you open up the PDF preview on the left you should be able to click and drag the pages into the correct order.

I scanned in some documents and want to make them into one PDF file. So I've been right clicking and click "Microsoft Print to PDF". The problem is it doesn't put the pages in the right order and I don't know how to change it. Help?
