I am this pp and I just read through the class action lawsuit and we have not had any of the issues stated. Our lane keep assist appears to work great and we haven't had any issue with it suddenly breaking. The times our eyesight has turned off I believe happened because something impaired its line of sight.

Anonymous wrote:I have a 2013 outback. I believe that was the first year of eyesight. It works well for the most part. Sometimes the sensor malfunctions in inclement weather or in direct sunlight so it turns off. But I doubt that’s an issue anymore.
