Thank you! I don't know how I didn't see this suggested in my googling. The articles I read all said "it will go away in 2 weeks" but one week of this is enough!
Just give your kid a heads-up that the sore will tingle (maybe even hurt), but it's just for moment and it's part of the healing process. And if he can just swish the peryoxl mouthwash around for 30 sec it will feel so much better right away.
My Dd gets these on her inner lip near her gum line or sometimes on the side of her tongue .
