DC is similar (I'd say it is more compact) and the Top Golfs here are "in the boonies" too. One has to drive around so much in LA I don't think it would feel any big deal to us to drive a bit farther. Throw Social which is in dense urban setting is a great example of what I'd love to find, but I'd be happy with a Top Golf variant, too, or whatever LA uniquely has to offer! I know about Highland Park Bowl, for example, and that is one thought.
We've been the the Getty (both) several times and love them but the older folks in the family have mobility issues now. I really am looking for someplace they can sit and have a bite while the teens and and more active family members can do something like hitting or throwing a ball, bocce, etc.
