I like putting it in homemade chicken soup and vegetable soup. It adds a little umami boost to the broth.

I use it as salad dressing. Mix with oil and lemon juice. Great on top of butter lettuce or zucchini noodles.

I am making a concerted effort to move towards a heavily plant-based diet for our family. Tonight I made a garlicky béchamel to serve over a legume pasta mixed with a ton of veggies. I normally would finish the sauce with some grated parmesan, but substituted nutritional yeast instead and it was delicious!

Please help me think of other ways to incorporate it into our regular meals and snacks. I know it's good over popcorn, but I am hoping others can suggest some recipes or other general uses for it. TIA!
