Remind them of what they said about mving away when they're 25 and still living at home!

I tell my kids they’re allowed to feel anything they want without judgment. But words have consequences and that things they do or say can hurt/ bother people.

My daughter says the same thing, minus the kissing part. She wants hugs and kisses, especially at bedtime, then declares that she will move far away and never see me.

Sigh.

Shoot, I am really regretting letting my kids express themselves. This morning my DD9 went on a rant on how she doesn't want me to kiss her and love her. That when she gets older she is going to move away and never visit me. I'm so exhausted.
