Ice cream has so much
stuff in it nowadays that it doesn’t need toppings, plus chocolate is so seductive (even when it isn’t very good) and squeezing a bottle is a lot easier than making even a simple fruit sauce.
I’ve gotten way into nuts in my ice cream and am now convinced that Tin Roof ice cream was a genius idea and I’m sorry it seems to have disappeared.
