Just wait the sag is coming

My mother and sister don’t sag and we have similar body types. Going from an A to a C results in less sag than, say, a C to a G

I guess it was a mistake to get pregnant.

OP, I got my body back almost immediately without much effort. If you're younger, it helps.

Forty five year old non-mom here. It's all gonna go south eventually anyway even if you dont have kids. May as well get a kid or two and have something to blame it on!

100% if you have more than one your body will suffer. Once you are holding the baby you really won't care.

Wear a tight girdle 24/7 after the birth. I did this and my stomach is flat after 2 c sections (however my belly button changed to an outie).

I'm small. I had two c-sections. My stomach will never be tight without a tummy tuck.

I am the same and my body hasn't changed much after 2 kids. I did not gain too much and avoided stretch marks. I did get distasis recti after the first but no one can tell. My stomach is still pretty much flat and toned, although the skin lost a bit of elasticity. The one advice I would give you is to take care of of your pelvic floor. I coughed a lot during the third trimester with my second kid (and carried stuff because we were moving) and suffered from prolapse. I finally went to a pelvic PT 5 years later and wished I did it sooner. I'm 42 now and the same proportions I was before kids without no particular effort.

I stayed just as slender after my first, but perhaps only because he was born premature and my stomach didn't distend very much.

The second pregnancy did a number on my belly, and ever since, I've had a mushy front. I think it's the distended skin that never tightened and just sits there with a little fat. If I lose weight, it just gets wrinklier.

You might have a different experience, since genetics also count for a lot.

All of this. Your body is amazing. Be good to it now and be good to it when you're cleared to exercise after birth. Don't expect to snap back immediately and don't be shocked if it's not identical to a pre-baby body, because making a baby is a big deal that changes you.

I am naturally petite and trim and do not have to work hard to stay slender. Now that I’m pregnant I am terrified of losing my body.
