Yes, to difficulty getting pregnant, reproductive endocrinologist required myomectomy before transfering embryos, no difficulty during pregnancy itself, even though i did have new fibroids developed during pregnancy, but they stopped growing at some point, vaginal delivery that required blood transfusion, I did have blood loss during the delivery itself but had a low hemoglobin level even before delivery so I can't blame the fibroids only.
