Sheet pan wrapped in foil. If you can, stack your pans, if the ingredients allow. Wrap this in a towel. Put the whole bundle in a cooler, if you have one. Failing that, a cardboard box.

If you have a double oven, and you are cooking two things, why do you need to do one before the other?
I'd prep one, prep the other, and then stick them both in.
To travel, I think your plan is fine, I'd wrap towels around the containers and put them on the floor of your car. Or if you have a cooler, wrap towels and put them in there.
Alternately, would whoever you are visiting let you use a microwave to reheat?

I would do the potatoes first and load into the crockpot. The green beans will take less time, but will also cool off faster.

Do the green beans 1st and reward them in the microwave right before you leave.

I need a mass quantity of them. Also I prefer them roasted.

My contribution to Tgiving dinner is roasted sweet potatoes, roasted green beans (can include a bacon crumble and almonds), rolls and pie (bought these from the bakery).
I have a double oven. I screwed up and ordered the wrong pans from Amazon so I only have two full sheet pans and two half sheet.
I need to drive the roasted sweet potatoes and roasted green beans 30 mins outside the city. I need to leave by 3:30, dinner will start around 4 or 4:30.
What order do I cook these in and how do I pack them to keep them reasonably warm for serving upon arrival.
Ideally I'd have 4 full sheet pans and could just roast the potatoes and green beans all at the same time. But I only have 2.
I thought I could load the potatoes into my crockpot with lid for travel and maybe a couple of Pyrex wrapped in foil for the green beans? Does this sound okay?
