I think you're good but yes I'd probably grab another pack of rolls just to err on the side of caution.

Just because you don’t run out of food doesn’t mean there was enough. No one wants to take the last roll, and if guests notice that there is not enough they may not take the portion they really want out of politeness. Being a good host is ensuring your guests are comfortable. I would be mortified if I ran out of rolls on thanksgiving and had to put crescent rolls in the oven during dinner.

More vegetables! Green beans is not enough. Salad?

Not sure you need more rolls with the corn muffins too..

An easy addition would be peas with pearl onions

What size do you consider a “portion”?

I think it’s fine, I might get more rolls.

I am assuming there is also dessert? I think most people expect dessert on Thanksgiving.

Yes, there's dessert. We're good on that.

By portion, for example, the corn pudding is in a 13x9 casserole dish. A double portion would be two of those.

I agree on the rolls.

Maybe I should add cranberry sauce, but I think that only a few, if any, like it. No one in my family of 4 will eat it, so that leaves the other 8 to divvy a medium bowl.

That should be fine, then.

What is a double portion?

You need enough mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy etc for 12. Doesn’t sound like enough if it is just twice what you’d make for family dinner.

Most people eat cranberry sauce. I like a lot.

Definitely another dozen rolls. I’d want two rolls and I would imagine at least half your guests will too.

Hard to tell without knowing how many servings a “double portion” is.

10 adults, 2 kids:
Turkey
Ham (but not everyone eats pork)
Dressing (double portion)
Mashed potatoes (double portion)
Sweet Potato casserole
Mac and cheese
Corn pudding
String beans
gravy
12 regular rolls (need more, right?)
12 corn muffins
cranberry relish (not a lot, because I don't think anyone actually eats this)

I feel like this might not be enough? I'm not used to feeding more than my family.
I could use something green, but honestly do not think anyone would eat it.
