I don't drink milk, but the little milk we use is whole milk. Reduced fat milk is just sugar water.

Don't know about hot girls but I have always given my ds' whole milk. The fat is good for brain and bone development and they have no issues with weight. Both are now healthy, tall teenagers and still use whole milk.
