One central email address to Club manager that you use to communicate absences, injuries, issues, etc.

Coaches do not contact parents.

Correct and parents should not catch a coach before a game to have conversations. The scene looks like parents influencing the coach when he or she should be with players. Important team decisions should happen in a meeting and involving all parents.

Totally agree never talk to a coach before or after a game unless its to convey an injury or illness, etc. On a practice day is acceptable and it doesn't matter who sees it. It can be private or in the open. The other parents and especially the team manager. Dont be afraid to tell them all to mind their business.

Having some level of access to the coach is important. Unless the coach is a psychologist, behavioral therapist, baby-sitter, and teacher, in addition to excelling as a coach, parent involvement is required. Probably most important during younger ages (5-10).

Yes there are a few. Although i think many parents like it when coaches are accessible.
