Correct and parents should not catch a coach before a game to have conversations. The scene looks like parents influencing the coach when he or she should be with players. Important team decisions should happen in a meeting and involving all parents.

Are there any travel clubs in the DMV that have minimal or no parent involvement? Even to the point where the coach cannot be contacted directly, but only through a formal process?
