Is your goal to enjoy food and interact with your kids? Or are you dying to have your kids entertain themselves? If the first, bring stuff you can do at the table together. Coloring, tic tax toe, small containers of playdoh, talk about a high and a low and a thankful for the day………. If your goal is to bring them and ignore either A don’t and get a sitter, or B bring screens.

My kids love Fogo de Chao, the buffet and the passed meats are fun. They also enjoy Eddie Vs because of the jazz music and the ambiance.

This. Bring something quiet to keep them entertained.

I would be shocked if you find high quality food plus entertainment for kids.
But, for mediocre food and entertainment, you could go to Pinstripes or Top Golf.

It's hard being a foodie and finding a good place to eat where our kids will let us relax and enjoy the food at a leisurely pace. I'd love to do brunch or lunch somewhere where there might be something to entertain the kids (show, play equipment, something, anything?). Please help out a fellow foodie.
