Galeux d’Eysines is supposed to be a good eating squash. It wouldn’t hurt to try.

Consider donating them to an animal sanctuary, like Rikki’s Refuge in Orange. I don’t know of others but perhaps there are some more close by?

They are good for wildlife so people have recommended them leaving them in a forest.

You're not supposed to cook with them because they aren't food-grade in terms of pesticides etc. You can donate to a farm.

Is there really nothing you can do with them? I know pies aren’t feasible but what about soup or marinara? Has anyone tried?
