So sorry for your loss. I lost 5 pregnancies before my current (fingers crossed) successful pregnancy. I've been working with Jade Wood as a therapist and she has really helped. Here is the full list I got when I reached out to my providers at GW for a therapist (I had three initial consults including one with Dr. Bowes who I thought was awful, and another, maybe Rachel Freedman, who seemed great)

I'm so sorry for your losses. Pregnancy after loss is so hard. If you reach out to the DC Pregnancy Loss and Infant Death Support Group, they can send you some recommendations.

This will be my 4th pregnancy. The first three ended in losses at 7 weeks, 6 weeks, and 9 weeks (in July) I’ve done four ivf cycles. 2 transfers that didn’t take. All the pregnancies have been spontaneous in between ivf cycles. I’m 42 and the odds are not in my favor. I am about 5 weeks along and don’t feel any of the symptoms I felt in the previous 3. Trying to take it one day at a time.

Does anyone have recommendation for therapist in DC?
Thank you.
