CWC K st office also brings everyone in for an early confirmation appointment. As mom to a toddler, I tried to get out of it, but they told me the doctors strongly prefer everyone to come in for the blood draw, regardless of age.

You can call, of course, but I don't think most practices will see you unless you're at least 6 weeks along or are experiencing complications. Reiter and Hill says 6-10 weeks.

Absolutely is a point. HCGs that don’t double every 48 hrs could be an early warning of an ectopic.

Not sure where in NOVA but you could try Reiter Hill Falls Church. I go to their DC office and they are diligent about HCG regardless of age in the early weeks. They caught a potential ectopic with me at 4 weeks and I’m very grateful!

Thanks for the quick feedback. No I wasn’t on progesterone with my other pregnancies, but I was only 30
and 35 with them.
