Uh nothing. We all have enough crap. I hope no one gets us anything either. If anyone does, they will not be getting a return gift from us. I hope they get the clue.

Depends on the kid. We've spent $75, and we've spent $20.

Just about this. $20-25. I do gifts for friends' kids if I'm going to see them in person (holiday party at their house when I fly back to home state, etc) but not for all friends' kids. So one year I bought for 6 such kids, but most years I buy for none. I have six or seven godchildren and they all get presents, along with my 4 nephews. Spend ~$50 on those kids.

I only buy holiday gifts for my nieces and nephews, parents and (parent) in-laws. Oh, and teachers and dog walker.

It seems people either spend high or spend low on Holiday gifts.

What budget do you set for the gifts you are buying for the children of your friends?
