The first time you were underpaid you should have told them and if they didn't give you the money then, you should never have babydat for them again and you should tell every sitter you know how they cheated you.
The first few times, I thought it was a mistake that's why I didn't say anything. I did tell them they had underpaid me the last time I babysat for them.

You should bring it up to them NOW. Underpaying is not okay.
Then I would be unavailable for at least the next 4 or 5 times they contact you. If you do decide to babysit fir them again confirm the rate via text.

Yes, of course bring it up. Text them now and show them their mistake. If you were our babysitter, I would absolutely want to know and correct it. Think of it as an honest mistake (whether it was or not).

Yeah, I’d move on. The next time they ask, I might respond with something like, “There’s been an issue with you underpaying me. This isn’t working out for me anymore. I’ve enjoyed the time with your kids. Best wishes to you.”
Next time, say something the FIRST time you are underpaid. When you don’t, you’re giving them tacit approval to keep doing it.
