Nothing. We do gig work and write off so many expenses we're always able to keep our AGI under the limit.

That said, we chose a crappy bronze plan with a massive deductible. Mid-50s and no health issues, so it's working so far.

Is he a special retirement group? I thought minimum age is 56 or 57.

He is.

This is a deal.

DP: Always check the gold plans. There's weird quirks where they are sometimes less costly than bronze or silver. Check all levels.

ik,r? I have great coverage. I upped it from Silver to Gold when I became a more intensive healthcare user a couple of years ago. I can see all my favorite specialists.

I work part time/occasionally and always end up making a bit too much for subsidies, but my other expenses are so low that I don't really mind.

Is this subsidized? I’m wondering if it’s possible to draw money from accounts that don’t generate income so we have a AGI.

*low AGI

$1,890 a month in CO for 5 of us. Bought on the exchange but not subsidized. I'm really happy with our insurance too.

Do you go through ACA or something else? Do you arrange withdrawals to have a very low income?
