They have a “look” or formula that they seem to follow in their design. It’s moody and sometimes the totally unexpected. I thought their recent powder room remodel would be atrocious, but besides the boob light sconces, which I hope they will one day swap, I think it’s really beautiful.

Op here. I am excited to see the taupe cabinets with the soapstone counters and that dark green island with the marble. I believe the blue will be hidden, otherwise I would agree that it would be too busy. I don’t care for them removing the dining area in their colonial to expand their kitchen but I’m excited to see it all come together. My kitchen is small but I’m definitely excited to see how it all comes together.


I actually wasn’t counting the blue cabinets — in the main part of the kitchen, they have taupe, dark green and natural wood.




Where is the natural wood? I think I may have missed that.




Also I really like Jean’s work. I can’t imagine that she would have her name on something that will look bad in the end.

Anyone here following them? I’m so excited to see their new kitchen. I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen so I’ve been looking for classic inspiration. Feel free to share any other bloggers or designers I should be checking out. Of course, I don’t have the 200k+budget but that’s never stopped me from still duplicating something rather nice.
