TJs has so many awesome ideas for this kind of thing it seems. I was there today and saw they have turkey sausage stuffing fried rice which could be put in cute little individual serving containers with mini spoons.

For examples: turkey pinwheel roll ups, roasted sweet potato bites on toothpicks, cranberry brie bites, stuffed mushrooms (kinda hits the stuffing idea), green beans bundles wrapped in bacon, those fried mac and cheese balls from TJs.

In the same vein, it’s also easy to do Turkey meatballs in the crockpot (there’s a million recipes online and you may be able to find frozen Turkey cocktail meatballs). This was a great idea, apps are the best!

Trader Joes has green bean casserole bites - I just bought some but haven't tried them. They also have mac and cheese bites - I tried the butternut squash mac and cheese bites and wouldn't recommend them.

Exactly what I was going for - thanks for the suggestions!

Okay good - then in that vein, sweets ideas are: individual mini pies from Pie Sisters, pumpkin pie dip (google it - is like 3 ingredients) with TJ gingersnap cookies as dippers, and butterscotch pudding with whipped cream and cinnamon on top served individually in those tiny disposable dessert ramekins (or edible shells).

I really like to make a tarte soleil for this sort of thing - you can fill it with pesto or tapenacde or whatever you like, but it looks festive and fancy without being much effort.

Mind blown with that taste soleil!

I just use premade tapenade and it is so easy!

Bacon wrapped dates (add goat cheese in the middle if you want to be fancy) And make 3-4 times as much as you think you’ll need. These are super popular.

Lots of dips— Mexican layer dip, queso, hummus, French onion with lots of different dippers— tortilla chips, potato chips, veggies, pita etc.

I’m hosting a get together in which we’re only serving appetizers for a Friendsgiving themed happy hour. Wondering if anyone has any fun ideas for food, beyond the basic cheese tray, etc. Does not need to be elaborate at all. Bonus if there’s some thing that you’ve seen at Trader Joe’s, Balducci‘s, etc. that’s premade. Hoping this can help others as well!
