I’d eat at room temp. If it does need to be reheated, add water or juice to the bottom of the pan and reheat for 20-30 mins. Don’t use a ton of liquid. Just enough to barely cover the bottom.

Is 45 minutes from refrigerator to table good enough? 45 minutes is the max time volunteers have to re-heat food (so my direction could just say “serve as is”?).

Just serve it at room temperature. A spiral sliced ham doesn’t have to be served hot.

I need to drop off plated/sliced ham for 30 adults with heating instructions. I’m assuming a spiral ham (about 15 pounds from Costco?), arranging in individual slices in an aluminum disposable pan covered with foil. But now reading reviews that the spiral ham can dry out quickly. Should I re-think my plan?
