I bought a Pacific Coast pillow last year too--one of their cheaper ones as it was recommended for how I sleep, and it's really good. I was experiencing horrible neck pain for months and couldn't figure out why. I sprung for an expensive pillow recommended for side sleepers like me and it was life changing! Never estimate the importance of a good pillow!

I've given up and I just replace the cheap ones as needed. I hate the waste, but pillows don't stay nice and it's such a gamble whether I will like it once I buy it. I get the two-pack at Costco.
