Through I would try our smoker for “wood fired” bagels. They were good, had a great smoky flavour that I wanted, but definitely overshot on temp and/ or time, even though I pulled them off early.

Wondering if anyone bakes with their smoker, and if they have any tips for converting recipes from oven?
