I would stick with Costco if you liked it. Hams can be hit or miss, and it is very normal in Spain to return a ham to the store if it is not good. (Sometimes the curing process just doesn’t work right.) La Tienda does not have good customer service, so I would not risk it for a 900 dollar ham. Or at least ask about their hams return policy before ordering.

I’m not sure if your driver is cost or quality, but check out tienda.com. The quality of their Serrano will exceed the one from Costco
