I imagine she didn’t grow up wealthy just UMC. She tries to be more granny old classic style but I don’t believe she is. Kiel James Fitzpatrick and his wife are like this also. They are classic prep in the clothes they design. But I think they grew up middle class but had the benefit of marrying early and having each other as partners.

I pretty sure she is wealthy now. I don’t know about before she started blog. My guess is she grew up UMC but not wealthy. But her blog is financially successful, as in she probably makes more than most surgeons, plus she married money. So…she is now wealthy
