Depends on the candidate. I think Robert White has a lot of experience and practical solutions in his agenda.

Regarding education (one of my personal top priorities), he has approximately zero new proposals, and the ones he does have are marginal.

Did I say she provided free PK-3? The city has awesome programs and initiatives spearheaded by a succession of excellent mayors including Bowser.

I'm no Bowser fan, but I get the feeling she's more popular than she appears to be if you only read message boards and comment sections. None of the scandals -- her hand-picked DCPS commissioner blatantly flouting the lottery for his daughter (and Bowser almost certainly approving of it); her attempt to enrich her developer donors with the homeless-shelter initiative; her utter ineptitude with handling the vaccine rollout -- seem to stick to her.

And I'm not sure Robert White can differentiate himself enough to make much of a difference (I'm not even addressing the anti-Semite who's running, because I don't believe his is a serious candidacy but rather an idiot's delusion of grandeur).

I would agree 100% with this. I was not expecting it. But can’t developers still donate in smaller increments multiple times? I’m not sure how it works in DC.
