She’s likely waking at 6:30 and putting herself back to sleep. That’s what my toddlers do. I see it on their video cameras.

14m old goes to bed around 6:30-7 and takes one nap around 12, 1.5-2.5 hours. Used to sleep 11.5-12 hours at night, but lately she has been sleeping longer in the morning, sometimes till 8 or later. Those days usually have shorter naps.

Do I need to cap night sleep, or should I let her go? Would it be better to have a consistent wake time and a longer nap?
