The whole silhouette matters. I would say buy the bootcut ones, but you might have more tops and jackets (and shoes) that go better with skinny jeans.

I've lost 20 lbs. I want to lose a little more so that's also why I'm hesitant to keep both.

keep both? Finding two pair of jeans that fit great is awesome. And I would wear them on different occassions so I think having skinny and boot makes sense
