I went to some of the websites listed and all these countries have different rules. Red zones and vaccinated vs. unvaccinated. Some test either way. I don't want to show up in a foreign country and find out we didn't check all the boxes. I really would like my son to go to one of these though, but all the red tape is making me weary.
We went to Portugal this July and only had to have a negative rapid test in hand (we were NEVER asked for it inbound to Portugal!). Outbound we tested the day before departure. Air France in Paris and US Customs asked for it. No one inbound or outbound gave one hoot nor asked about our vax. DS played soccer for about 10 days there.
Rules are changing though. More places are requiring vax and/or making quarantine tougher without.
This is OP. My kid is vaxxed. Of course I don’t know if the UK will let us in next summer.
