PO here currently on optavia. If you stop and are happy oath your weight, you have to transition properly. Biggest mistake with optavia and most diets is that you can’t go back to you old eating habits. If you do, guess what happens. I know people who were successful on optavia by doing it for a while, then switching to something else. It is a very low calorie diet so you have to be careful not to crash you metabolism. And, you can do variations, like 4/3 and 3/3. All depends on lifestyle. I am really fat and unhealthy so right now my goal is to break habits by not doing them. And get the weight off, especially with the covid risk. Then add more healthy food and get back at the gym.
Optavia is expensive. Don’t do it unless you are committed. Or, check your local Craigslist and see if there are some fuelings to buy and that way you can taste some before you shell out hundreds.
