+1 Nothing wrong with GW or AU.

For a high stats kid, applying to USC would be worth a shot. The best school on this list. But lots of good options: Skidmore, Dickinson, Bucknell, Tulane, Wooster, BU.

Hopefully, your institution offers some guidance on TE. Do schools limit acceptances? If so, they should have some acceptance rates for the TE students + stats so you can make an informed decision. Would your school offer a better chance to your child vs another school? College Confidential might have some information.

Need some more information about what your kid is interested in.
For example, there are some good art schools on that list, which I might have my child do if it were less expensive. (Pratt)

And for girls--Mt Holyoke

then there is Pitzer College, Occidental, and Santa Clara U in California. Plus have heard good things about ST Mary's Maryland. It's not all about some other's (or USNWR's) call on "status"

you and kid are going to really have to dig in and do research, but I bet it will be worth it for thousands of dollars

A number of very respectable schools on the list. BU, Tulane and Bucknell seem to be the most "prestigious" based on a quick scan.

Next question would be your child's stats.

The chance of winning this free tuition seems pretty low but anyway, which school on the list would you recommend applying to?

FYI only some of the schools cover 100% of tuition. Many use the "set rate" which I believe is a maximum of $39K per year. Which is still quite generous of course, but look into the details for each school so you're well-informed about what your cost would be.

I don't know anything about it but... Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland!!
