What is so important that you can't accompany her (that way it will be sure to include the specific schools she wants)? Plus you can visit the towns, eat in the dining hall, etc
She will be gone in months. If there is any way, I would say don't pay someone else to do this with your child.
Such a decision is a statement about what matters most to you.
Her father has ALS. I am his primary caregiver. Although it is possible to hire someone overnight to care for him, it is very expensive and hard to do for more than a day or two.
When I was in high school I went on a six day bus trip through the Northeast visiting lots of different schools. Later my parents took me back to just one or two. This seems like a normal thing to me so I’m trying to find one for my daughter.
