My doctor described it like placing a grain of sand in a peanut butter sandwich- it won’t fall out

I had to put my toddler in and out if the crib. It won’t make a difference.

I lifted my first toddler the day after the FET that resulted in his sibling, and two years later found myself lifting both kids after another (ultimately successful) FET. Wishing you lots of luck!

My toddler is heavier than your's and I've been lifting minimally. I did have a SCH and it is reabsorbing. Lift as much as you need to to survive and no more. Try not to worry about it; it's out of your hands.

Thanks! My clinic’s official guidance is to avoid lifting anything over 15 pounds so it’s frustrating…

I also read on various websites that implantation usually finishes after 5 days post transfer so I’m conflicted but also logistically so overwhelmed since I haven’t been lifting our toddler and other basic child care things

Give it a day or two, which you’ve already done, but then the embryo is either implanted or not. It’s not like the embryo is going to fall out of your uterus… (Plus a 22 pound toddler is nothing. I lifted my 50 pound 4 year old and GWU didn’t have a problem with that.)

Just had my FET embryo transfer on Thursday, and have not lifted my toddler since then who is 22 pounds

It’s starting to burden my DH since he’s literally doing heavy lifting and most of the chores

If you had FET success for baby #2 or #3- did you refrain from lifting your toddler / baby for the two week wait?
