DS played against them both in pre-academy and at u9. They were definitely competitive, at least on the boys side.

My girls have played in the last two years the 2012 girls ahainst several of these programs in dc. Some have star players some have physicality. Others are clearly well coached. Almost any club will have girls come try out for futsal and then spring season. Try a few out to see who she gels with.

Not the OP. Their coaching and training is way behind surrounding clubs.

My 8/almost 9 year old daughter has decent skills and is very into soccer. She currently plays on a DC Soccer club (formerly stoddert) soccer team, and it’s good, but I think it would be good for her to have something more structured with drills, exercises, and play. What would be the next level to try to get her into? We are in DC. Is there anything we could look at over the winter anf in the spring? I signed up for DC a park and rec futsal but they’ve yet to start and my guess is it will be the same level of casual/Rec play.
