What a great establishment to offer that kind of "compensation" when they didn't even do anything wrong....
I just emailed to ask. Nothing stern or anything like that. Just asking if there was a lot of garlic in the to-go mac & cheese. I figured there was some but the way it reeked made me wonder if they'd want to know if some new prep cook was accidentally adding too much, you know.
While they made a kind offer, we have no interest in baking it at home again, thus we are not interested in two more. I like garlic but I don't like an entire wing reeking of garlic all day.
